A breath of fresh air in the Fürstenberg tent: Jochen Mörz takes command at the Wasen

Hello, greetings, and welcome to the Fürstenberg tent at the Cannstatter Volksfest!
This year, new festival host Jochen Mörz welcomes guests to the second-largest festival tent at the Wasen – a true Allgäu thoroughbred host with heart, passion, and decades of experience.

Mörz not only brings a breath of fresh air, but also a strong dash of Allgäu to the traditional tent. In addition to the tried-and-tested Swabian classics, guests can now also expect a fine selection of Bavarian and Allgäu specialties – culinary, musical, and atmospheric.

The Mörz festival host family is known throughout Bavaria for its festivals. Their recipe for success: down-to-earth cuisine, a well-coordinated, friendly team, a high-quality music program – and, of course, good beer!

The focus is always on providing every festival visitor with an unforgettable experience.

Mörz also sets standards in terms of cuisine: in addition to popular classics of beer tent cuisine, there will be real specialities – including the legendary grilled ox – a highlight for both the palate and the eyes.
