Every year, one week before the start of the Volksfest, the Stuttgart Employment Agency sets up a job placement office for jobs at the Cannstatter Volksfest.

The showmen and market traders of the current Cannstatter Volksfest will be announced here after completion of the award procedure approx. eight weeks before the start of the festival. All contact details that go beyond the company name, sector and name of the exhibitor are subject to statutory data protection.

Applications for the Cannstatter Volksfest must be submitted in writing and exclusively using the official application form to in.Stuttgart Veranstaltungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG.

In 2005, the decision was made to unite all major municipal events and event areas in one company - with in.Stuttgart, they were given a common roof with headquarters directly on the Cannstatter Wasen.
